Which campuses have Aldin bikes?
We're currently operating on select university campuses in Ghana. Check the app to see if your campus is included, or contact us to bring Aldin to your university.
Do I need to be a student to use campus bikes?
No, campus bikes are available to registered students, staff, faculty, and visitors with a valid university National ID.
Where can I park the bike on campus?
Look for designated Aldin parking zones marked on the app. These are located at key points around campus like lecture halls, libraries, and cafeterias.
Can I take the bike off campus?
Campus bikes are meant to stay within university grounds. The app will notify you if you're approaching the campus boundary. Additional charges may apply for off-campus use.
What if I have a problem with the bike?
Report any issues immediately through the app. Our campus support team will assist you quickly. You can also end your ride without charges if there's a mechanical problem.
How do I adjust the seat?
The seat has a quick-release lever underneath. Loosen it, adjust the seat to your comfortable height, and tighten it back securely before riding.
