How far can I ride on a single charge?
The Aldin E-Bike can travel up to 100km on a single charge, depending on terrain, rider weight, and riding conditions. This is more than enough for most daily commutes in Accra.
Is it safe to ride at night?
Yes! All our bikes are equipped with bright front and rear LED lights for maximum visibility. We also recommend wearing reflective clothing and following traffic rules.
What if the bike runs out of battery during my ride?
The app shows the battery level before you start. If the battery runs low, you can still pedal the bike like a regular bicycle. Our team also monitors battery levels and swaps bikes regularly.
Can I adjust the seat height?
Yes! The seat is fully adjustable to accommodate riders of different heights. Simply loosen the quick-release lever, adjust to your preferred height, and tighten it back.
What happens if I have an issue with the bike?
